Our History
The International Circle of Faith (ICOF) represents a contemporary movement committed to reviving and perpetuating the original apostolic message, authority, power, and anointing. With a global reach, ICOF unites ministers and ministries worldwide under a common vision of unity, prioritizing collaboration over division.
Our mission is to bring together anointed, kingdom-minded New Testament ministers, fulfilling the prayer of Jesus for the Church to be unified as one. Emerging from the core principles of ICOF, ICOF Global University endeavors to provide accredited education and training. Since its inception in 2007, our institution has been dedicated to nurturing professionals across various domains, championing excellence in education and service to humanity.

purpose
- To facilitate cognitive and effective student learning—knowledge, skills, and values—and to promote use of that knowledge in the student’s workplace.
- To develop competence in communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and information utilization, together with a commitment to lifelong learning for enhancement of students’ opportunities for career success.
- To provide instruction that bridges the gap between theory and practice through faculty members who bring to their classroom not only advanced academic preparation, but also the skills that come from the current practice of their professions.
- To provide General Education and foundational instruction and services that prepare students to engage in a variety of university curricula.
- To use technology to create effective modes and means of instruction that expand access to learning resources and that enhance collaboration and communication for improved student learning.
- To assess student learning and use assessment data to improve the teaching/learning system, curriculum, instruction, learning resources, counseling, and student services.
- To be organized as a private institution in order to foster a spirit of innovation that focuses on providing academic quality, service, excellence, and convenience to the working student.

Bishop Bernie L Wade, PhD.

Wade holds doctorates in theology, divinity, Christian education, non-profit management and pastoral counseling.

Bernie L. Wade, born on June 29, 1963, in Lakewood, Ohio, is an American minister, entrepreneur, and author. He has served in a variety of roles, including senior pastor and chief operations officer of the Christian Brotherhood (a 28,000 family parachurch ministry with multiple divisions). He also served as president of CWN (Christian World Network), and vice-president of Spread the Spirit of Love.
He is currently the Presiding Bishop of the International Circle of Faith (ICOF), a group of non-denominational, Oneness Pentecostal ministers, churches, and parachurch ministries. They were first organized in Cleveland, Ohio and are currently headquartered in Washington, D.C.
The International Circle of Faith traces its beginning to the Azusa Street movement or revival (circa 1906) through the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ. Other aspects of his ministry include the ICOF Colleges and Seminaries – a network of Christian bible colleges, Christian Leadership Roundtable – a group of Christian leaders, and Children of Azusa Street – a network for persons who trace their church history to the Azusa Street movement.

Dr. Ray Young is the Founder and Global Coordinator of the Global Revival Network. Dr. Ray Young has been studying the Revelation of Jesus Christ, the End Times and True Revival for over 25 years. He has been in the ministry for over 35 years, and is a teacher, prophet and apostle in the body of Christ, consistently walking in signs, wonders and miracles as he ministers to the Body of Christ worldwide.
Dr. Young is also a professional educator, and was a tenured faculty member at a university level for 18 years, heading up his own department and teaching both computer science and business courses. He is also a former business owner of a software development company which generated as much as $250,000.00 in sales in a single year. He is the President and Founder of Final Great Awakening Ministries, the Global Revival Network and the Global Revival Network Bible College.
